Josh Kumra is an artist who is rapidly developing a name for himself as a gutsy and heartfelt performer and songwriter and has been compared to to the likes of a young Ray Montagne or Ben Harper. Having already hooked up with Wretch 32 for a re-working of his number one single 'Don't Go', Josh is definitely one of the UK's most promising and exciting music talents. For further evidence, you should look no further than his exclusive CTRL In-Situ session he recently did for us, performing his brilliant new single ‘Waiting For You’. It's a great taster of what's to come and crystalizes all that Kumra embodies: husky soulful vocals - harking back to a sound from yesteryear, and a modern and distinctive pop production that puts Kumra bang up-to-date.
